An innovative way to stay in touch with your customers, promote events and receive reservations. In Infomycity you will have a complete website dedicated to your business: it will have your name, your brand and you can customize colors, logos and images.

RECEIVE, ACCEPT AND
MODIFY RESERVATIONS

Through the app you can view the list of reservations in two separate tabs: active and expired. The administrator can confirm or review every single reservation, see the reservation in detail and send a message to the user through the chat to ask for explanations, etc...
Any change to the booking status is notified to the user by a push message.

NFORM ABOUT YOUR EVENTS
IN A TIMELY MANNER

With InfoMyCity it is possible to create notifications that will arrive directly to users as a push message and will be visible in the selected section in 3 ways: 1. In Home Page: the text is displayed on the homepage.
2. Chat message: each registered user receives a chat message.
3. With booking request: the message is displayed in the section 'Events' and the possibility to book the event.

With the app you can start chat conversations with the desired user.
Users can only chat with administrators and cannot exchange messages with each other. Administrators can chat with each user individually.
When the app is closed or opened on another section, the message recipients receive a push notification when they receive a chat message.

Through the marketing module of the App-Manager you will have the opportunity to build customer loyalty and advertise events and promotions. You can order and pay directly form our App. With Infomycity Manager you can create your custom menu and easily change it whenever you want, you can also add photos for each dish, description, allergens and choose which dishes will be available for delivery or take-away , and a section for the menu of the day.

Our digitized menu will be available through QR Code for all your customers at the table, once you have created your menu, the App will generate the dedicated QR Code, which you can print. Whit our digital menu in the smartest shops, it will be possible for the customer to place an order and pay directly from the application! The waiter will then take the order to the table or the customer will go and pick it up.
